This is an elegant piece piece for business or fun. This piece has a ruby zoisite pendant on a sterling bail. The accompanying beads are fuchsite with ruby. Why? because they were a better color match. For you rock buffs (or just curious folk), zoisite is a calcium aluminum silicate found in Tanzania. Fuchsite is a chromium rich variety of muscovite, a phyllosilicate. Both of these stones can be washed gently with soapy water, but avoid anything rough or scratchy since they are both softer than glass.
