Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! Over half of our business involves custom orders or customization. We want our customers to get exactly what they want so that they actually wear our pieces. And, knowing that a piece is unique is something we know our customers value. Contact us at admin@whyeverknot.com to place a custom or customized order.
What do you mean when you say a piece is "unique?"
We mean that we've made only one of that piece, often due to purchasing or supply limitations. Since we work mostly with precious and semi-precious stone, there can be limitations in quality and carved strands or pendants available. We are seeing fewer and fewer quality carved bead offerings, as many of those carvers have gone out of business or retired.
Also, we just like working on new designs all the time. Sometime we just buy beads because we like them with no particular design in mind, and we might not buy enough for more than one finished piece. So, if you see a piece marked unique, there really is only one available.
